Recreate effect from A$AP Rocky x Tokischa “Flockito Jodye”
1. Rotoscope the dancer, then rotoscope a separate video that will wrap around the dancer. Keep this clip around 12–14 frames.
2. Duplicate the wrap-around video until you have 12–14 layers, then freeze frame each one.
3. Go into Time Remapping and offset each layer back by 1 second.
4. Select all duplicated layers, make them 3D layers, and move the anchor point backwards in Z space.
5. Option-click Y Rotation and paste this expression on every layer:

var i = this layer.index – 1; i * (360 / 13)

This spaces each layer evenly around a full 360° circle. The “13” is the number of layers I’m using; change it to match how many layers you have.
6. Create a null object and parent all duplicated layers to it (not the dancer). Use the null to adjust and keyframe the rotation.
7. Stylise.
