Sál by @fuse_works is a live media opera exploring impermanence and the fragile, ever-changing nature of life. Created as the final chapter of the fuse* trilogy — following Ljós (2014), centered on birth and emergence into light, and Dökk (2017), focused on darkness and interdependence — Sál completes a long-term artistic inquiry into human existence.
In Sál, the focus shifts to the horizon: a threshold between states, where transformation is constant and nothing remains fixed. Light, sound and space unfold as a single living system, guiding the audience through moments of instability, entropy and quiet reflection.
