My Notes: Fix hyperlordisis
Hyperlordosis isn’t something you ignore until it hurts — it’s something you retrain daily.
Excessive arching in the lower back often shows up with stiffness, fatigue, or recurring back discomfort. The goal isn’t forcing “perfect posture,” but teaching your body how to find and hold a more balanced position throughout the day.
One simple tool is posture calibration:
• Use a wall to feel neutral alignment
• Gently bring the head back without lifting the chin
• Stack ribs over pelvis
• Check in and reset whenever you notice slouching or over-archingSmall, frequent corrections build awareness. Over time, that awareness turns into a habit — and habits are what actually change posture long term.
Consistency beats intensity here. A few mindful resets each day go much further than occasional effort.
